Bugsy did another drive-by past Taj's house and lo' and behold he saw lights on inside his crib. Bugsy didn't get over zealous and stayed calm. He knew if he did something on a whim he'd more than likely leave incriminating evidence behind which may lead to trouble. Bugsy returned to his motel room and put a plan together starting with the chick in Chicago whose been helping him retrieve information. She answered the phone, "Hello".

Bugsy told her to get on the computer and Google the closest surplus supply store along with a place who sold office equipment that's near downtown Buffalo. It took ten minutes for her to gather the info. She gave two addresses. Both locations were downtown on Main Street not far from one another. Bugsy didn't sleep a wink.

He left the motel bright and early and caught the manager at the surplus store unlocking the doors for business. Bugsy was the day’s first customer. He purchased a lime green fluorescent vest to wear over a jacket, work boots, hard hat and a flash light, the kind carried by utility workers.

Bugsy left with his bags and drove down the street where office supplies were sold. There, he bought a metal clip board and one hand held device that resembled something the gas or electric company would carry to read the electronic meters in people’s homes. It's now elementary to see what's on Bugsy's mind.

He walked out the office supply store and saw an arts and craft store directly across the street. Bugsy went inside and purchased two packs of small peel and stick lettering kits, along with two packs of larger size letters. A blank hard plastic card and thin plastic badge holder that had a metal clip attached to the top of it.

Bugsy got back into his van and drove to the drug store near his motel for the finishing touch. He stepped in front of the camera machine and five minutes later had a passport size photo of himself inside the palm of his hand. Bugsy returned to his room and executed the second phase of his plan which was all precision work.

He sat comfortable at the desk and worked under the lamp. He carefully stuck the smaller letters onto the empty plastic business card and spelled 'Electric Company' across the top. Along the bottom, Bugsy stuck a fake name and bogus identification number. He took his passport photo and glued it in the upper left hand corner. Bugsy put the card inside the plastic badge holder and sealed it with heat to give a laminated effect.

Bugsy grabbed the lime green vest and laid it on top of the desk. He takes the larger letters and neatly spelled ‘ELECTRIC COMPANY’ across the shoulder area on back of the vest. Bugsy's now good to go. He put everything into a duffle bag and carried it out the room wearing street clothes.

Bugsy got behind the wheel of his van and pulled off. He drove down the street and parked in the lot of a gas station.
